Penned anonymously by a service member during a brief layover before deployment, this book is a heartfelt effort to bridge the gap for his children—and those of all service members and first responders—to help them understand the reasons behind their parent’s absence. Through these words and images, we hope to reassure children that, no matter the distance, time, or space between them, a parent’s love remains constant.
